Yes. We can provide the necessary test reports, technical documentation, and component certificates from our side, which are critical for your final system-level certification (e.g., for your complete charging station).

For standard products and moderate quantities, our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks FOB China. For larger orders or custom ODM projects, the lead time will be confirmed during the project quotation. We maintain some safety stock for popular models to accommodate urgent requests.

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per model to ensure production efficiency. However, we are flexible and can discuss lower quantities for initial sample orders or to support new partnership trials.

Our standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment. For established long-term partners, we can discuss other arrangements. Payment is typically via T/T or L/C.

Yes, we encourage and provide samples for quality verification. Sample charges are generally applied but can often be credited against a subsequent formal order. Shipping cost is borne by the client.
